2. Scope of Services

The Scalp Lounge USA – Bloomfield provides cosmetic and wellness-based scalp services, including scalp facials, scalp wellness treatments, consultations, and educational trichology-informed care.

We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical or dermatological conditions. Services provided are not a substitute for medical care. Clients may be referred to licensed medical professionals when appropriate.

3. Appointments & Booking

Appointments may be booked online or through approved booking platforms.

Some services require a deposit to secure the appointment.

Appointment requests may be reviewed prior to confirmation.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information.

4. Deposits, Payments & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward the scheduled service unless otherwise stated.

Full payment is due at the time services are rendered.

All services and retail sales are final.

No refunds are provided for completed services.

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit.

No-shows may be charged the full service amount.

Repeated no-shows may require prepayment or result in refusal of future services.

6. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to respect other scheduled clients.

Full service fees may still apply.
