At The Scalp Lounge USA – Bloomfield, each appointment is intentionally reserved just for you. This policy helps ensure we can provide focused, unrushed care while respecting the time of all clients.

Appointments & Deposits

Certain services require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your scheduled service unless otherwise stated.

Deposits help reserve extended appointment times and specialized services.

Cancellations

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations.

Cancellations made within the 24-hour window may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Same-day cancellations may be treated as a late cancellation.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must also be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Rescheduling within the 24-hour window may be treated as a late cancellation and may result in loss of deposit.

Repeated last-minute reschedules may require prepayment for future appointments.

No-Shows

Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice will be considered a no-show.

No-shows may be charged 100% of the service amount or forfeit any deposits paid.

Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

Arriving late may shorten your service time to respect other scheduled clients.

Full service fees may still apply for late arrivals.

Service Readiness

Clients are responsible for arriving prepared for their scheduled service (for example, clean hair unless noted otherwise).

If service requirements are not met or important information was not disclosed in advance, the appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled, which may result in forfeiture of deposit.
